Updated Nice Classification (NCL 10-2013) in force

From 1 January 2013, the Intellectual Property Department of HKSAR will adopt the updated version of Nice Classification 10th edition, version 2013 (NCL 10-2013) for classifying good and /or services specified in trade mark applications filed in Hong Kong. If you have any trade mark applications to be filed on or after that date, please let us have the specification classified according to this latest version.
