Our firm has qualified patent practitioners from the United Kingdom, the United States and the Peopleˇ¦s Republic of China. We have international experience and are experienced in assisting both clients in Hong Kong and overseas in obtaining patent protection in China, Hong Kong, Macau and globally.
We are conversant with a variety of patent matters in different technical disciplines as well as design protection in Hong Kong, other Asian countries and elsewhere.
Our Chinese Design team is headed by Samantha Yip, our resident partner in Shanghai, China.
Trade Marks:
Our Trade Mark team is led by our founding partner Emily Yip. We have international experience and are experienced in assisting both clients in Hong Kong and overseas in obtaining trade mark protection in China, Hong Kong, Macau and globally.
Samantha Yip is in charge of our Chinese Trade Mark team in Shanghai, China.
Translation:
We are supported by an in-house Translation team to translate patent specifications and other legal documents.
