Tuen Ng Festival and HKSAR Establishment Day Holiday Arrangements (21 June 2012)

The State Intellectual Property Office will be closed during 22-24 June 2012 for Tuen Ng Festival.

Hong Kong

The Intellectual Property Department will be closed on 2 July 2012 (Monday) in celebration of the HKSAR Establishment Day.

Our respective offices will be closed according to the local holiday although limited staff support may be provided during the above holiday periods.

Any deadlines, including priority filing deadlines, which fall on the above public holidays will be extended to the next working day. For the sake of good order, we should be most grateful if urgent instructions on cases with a deadline due around the holiday periods be sent to us as early as possible.
