EMILY YIP
Emily is the founder of Emily Yip & Co and has more than twenty years of experience in intellectual property. She represents a wide variety of clients from Hong Kong, Japan and other countries in trade mark and design filings, prosecution, oppositions, invalidations and enforcements.
Emily is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Trade Mark Practitioners and the Licensing Executive Society and has been on the official list of Trade Mark Agents in Canada since 1998. She is also an overseas member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys in the United Kingdom.
